As an organization, WestEd's capabilities span the complete spectrum of youth development—from education to communities and families.

One of their strengths is a great interactive group that provides a strong set of services and products to the education sector. But the interactive group needed to clarify its offerings and its relationship within the organization.

This led to a two part engagement. The first was to clarify the group’s positioning, and concisely articulate their areas of service. The end result was a positioning statement and the framework for a sales presentation deck. The second project involved evaluating the positioning of a product, which resulted in a revised messaging platform.
