The redesign of Wells Fargo’s online brokerage involved taming complex functionality, and specifying a template set for execution by a team on the opposite coast.

Online brokerage tools can be difficult to deliver in a clear, usable interface—even more so within the constraints of accessibility—but this interface design has consistently tested well.

Detailed specifications were also delivered to facilitate development, along with model specifications for the help system.
