No matter what the platform, web-delivered applications need to be intuitive for end users and specified clearly for developers.

For this Knova application, a series of detailed user interface flow maps were created for the primary tasks. Merging data from early wire frame usability tests, enhancement requests and best practices, a detailed wire frame was created to model the app.

Once refined, key wire frame screens were designed and specified in great detail for development.
